The Alexander Technique is a way of learning how to be comfortable in your own body - it provides an excellent platform for general good health and well-being that stays with you throughout life.

ATBodySense practitioners will teach you ways to make your body work better for you, including how to:

  • avoid wear and tear on your body
  • reduce stress and maximise enjoyment in everyday activities
  • improve functioning through reduced tension on heart, lungs and other organs
  • reduce pressure on joints.

At ATBodySense you can choose to have individual appointments or we can work with your group or organisation to help you achieve an overall sense of well-being and vitality through restoring the body’s natural balance.

All sessions are delivered by highly skilled and professionally accredited Alexander Technique practitioners.
